If you order the Cocktail Cart, we will provide a trained Bartender and a rolling bar cart. The cart can be pushed into the event center (or back patio) for a specified start and stop time. The cart will be stocked with Mixers, garnishments, bar tending supplies, short and tall plastic cups.

The cart is not available without a bartender. Shale Lake does not supply alcohol.
The cart must be ordered at least 30 days in advance to insure a GREAT Bartender.

To insure a variety of drinks can be made by our bartender when renting the Cocktail Cart, the guest should provide at least one bottle of each of the following: Bourbon, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Amaretto, Sweet Vermouth, Tequila and Triple Sec.
Using a bartender will help insure that your guests drink responsibly.
Our bartender is required by law to follow all State and Federal laws for serving alcohol including NOT serving to guest under the age of 21 and NOT over serving to intoxicated individuals.
